Engle Homes strikes gold with Copper Creek Estates neighborhood

Engle Homes sold out the nearly 600 homes in its Copper Creek community in a little more than two years, according to Don Kraft, new home agent. Based on the appeal of the home designs within that community, the builder has constructed the most requested models in its new Copper Creek Estates in the eastern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

"The four floor plans we brought to Copper Creek Estates were homes that attracted a wide range of home buyers, helping us sell out Copper Creek," said Kraft. The homes are available with first phase pricing, according to Kraft.

Located north of Copper Creek off U.S. Highway 95's Russell Road exit near Sam Boyd Stadium, pricing begins in the mid-$200,000s.

"Copper Creek enjoyed a tremendous response from home buyers looking for a high-quality new home in an excellent area that's enjoying rapid growth," Kraft said. "The momentum from that neighborhood has continued at Copper Creek Estates, with buyers very interested in what we believe is the best value per square foot in the area."

Copper Creek Estates offers two-story home designs within a gated development that includes a community pool, cabana and parks.

Model homes include the 1,479-square-foot Millcreek, a two-story design of three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and two-car garage. The home offers a loft area in lieu of a third secondary bedroom.

The 1,802-square-foot Tioga includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room and two-car garage. The fourth bedroom can be converted into a loft.

The two-story Oasis offers four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, great room, two one-car garages, covered patio and porch. Options within the 1,861-square-foot home include an expanded great room and master bedroom.

At 1,999 square feet, the Silverado features four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage. The home offers a loft option.

Copper Creek Estates is located on 5509 Ovando Way. To visit, take the I-95 south to the Russell Road exit. Drive east past Boulder Highway, and make a left on to Hollywood Boulevard.
