Cher, the one Las Vegas act that seemed impervious to the recession, is discounting for Las Vegas locals on three Wednesday nights, March 4, 11 and 18.
By discount, they mean a kind of musical chairs. Buy a ticket at the upper nosebleed balcony price, and you can scoot down to the lower one. Buy one for the lower balcony, and you move down to rear orchestra.
