Fairway to open models in September

Toll Brothers townhomes at Fairway Hills are located in Summerlin's The Ridges.

Six models, representing all available floor plans, will open in September. The two-, three- and four-bedroom homes are sized from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet and priced from the mid-$600,000s.

The two-story homes at Fairway Hills were designed exclusively for The Ridges, a sought-after location within Summerlin known for its custom home sites, according to Gary Mayo, group president for Toll Brothers.

"The Fairway Hills homes provide an opportunity for homeowners who want to live in The Ridges while enjoying the stellar service that Toll Brothers is known for," Mayo said. "The semi-custom homes at Fairway Hills allow homeowners to live in the lap of luxury, all while enjoying the conveniences associated with townhome living."

A 128-home enclave, the residences at Fairway Hills will include features such as entry courtyards, formal dining rooms and covered patios.

Master suites feature walk-in closets, soaking tubs with separate showers and twin sinks with custom wood vanities.

In addition to The Ridges' amenities, Fairway Hills residents will enjoy their own private luxuries including a clubhouse, fitness center, media room, swimming pool, three spas, a barbecue site, fire pit, recreation area, putting green, covered community patio and catering kitchen, Mayo said.

Fairway Hills is located on Jack Nicklaus' Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course, which showcases some of the most challenging holes from the legendary golfer's desert-themed courses.

Nestled alongside the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, The Ridges is located south of Desert Inn Road and west of Flamingo Road.

At an elevation of more than 3,200 feet, The Ridges neighborhoods are designed to complement the spectacular, natural desert terrain, Mayo said.
