Family finds future at Foxborough
August 11, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Jennifer and Ulises Garcia bought their first home at Foxborough, a Richmond American neighborhood in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley, for several reasons.
"We knew Richmond American's reputation as a great builder," Jennifer Garcia said. "The floor plans and the location at Foxborough fit our needs, and the price was great. The neighborhood is close to several of the places I travel for work, and it's still easy for Ulises to drive to work on the Strip. We were really excited to do this after so many years of waiting. We'd been worried that buying a brand new home would be complicated and difficult, but Richmond American made it so smooth and easy."
Seven floor plans are available, with prices ranging from the high $200,000s to the high $300,000s.
The Garcias chose the 2,150-square-foot Pebblestone, a two-story home priced from the $350,000s from the builder's Stonegate Collection. It includes four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.
The main floor features a living room and an adjacent dining room. The family room is open to the nook and island kitchen. The second floor features a master bedroom suite with private bath and walk-in closet, as well as three secondary bedrooms.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the Blue Diamond exit and go west. Turn left on Westwind. The sales center and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for Friday when they open at noon. For more information, call 836-0896 or visit RichmondAmerican.com.
