Family finds home at Warmington Homes’ Mandolin in master plan
Expecting their first child in December, Matt and Isis Aldersof wanted to buy a more spacious home in a family oriented community.
After considering several builders and communities, they said their search ended when they found Mandolin at Mountain's Edge by Warmington Homes Nevada.
"Warmington really stood out as the best in terms of offering everything we were looking for," Matt Aldersof said. "We chose Mandolin because it has the best layout, floor plan and amenities and the price was right -- very affordable."
The Aldersofs said they were impressed by included features such as a full-sized washer and dryer, blinds on all windows and doors and built-in refrigerator.
The collection of two-story, single-family homes ranges from 1,277 to 1,657 square feet and include three to four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, direct-access one- or two-car garages and private front and rear yards. Pricing begins from $229,900.
Matt and Isis Aldersof purchased the Plan One at Mandolin. The 1,200-square-foot home includes three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a covered patio off the kitchen/nook area, beechwood cabinets and Whirlpool appliances at the kitchen and a loft space in lieu of the third bedroom.
The Aldersofs said that one of their favorite rooms in the house is the kitchen because of its open feeling and amenities.
The Mandolin neighborhood features a gated entry and private community park, in addition to a community pool and cabana.
All Mandolin home styles showcase traditional architectural themes, accented with shutters and front porch entries. Professionally landscaped front yards are also included in the purchase price of all homes.
The homes are Energy Star-rated and include amenities such as specialized heating, ventilating and air-conditioning systems and Milgard windows with low-e glass.
