Priced from the $330,000s, the home features three to four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths in 1,950 square feet. The lower level includes a bonus room and a full bath, with a fourth bedroom available in lieu of the bonus room.

The main level features an open layout with a great room, kitchen with food preparation island and dining room with balcony. The bedrooms are on the third level, including a master bedroom suite with private bath and walk-in closet.

The Aventurine features three bedrooms and three baths in 1,800 square feet. The main level features an open layout, while the lower level includes a media room or optional fourth bedroom. Prices start from the $320,000s.

Two other three-bedroom plans are available.

Priced from the $310,000s, the Jasper includes three bedrooms and three baths in 1,650 square feet. This plan features a separate entry overlooking a media room on the lower level, where an optional fourth bedroom is available.

Priced from the low $300,000s, the 1,550-square-foot Amethyst is highlighted by a media room with vaulted ceilings and a kitchen with balcony.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to the Tropicana Avenue exit and head east. Turn left on Bonita Vista Street.

The models will be on the right side, one block west of Durango Drive.

Sales offices and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except for Friday when they open at noon.
