Family praises Engle’s Rivendell

Roger and Claudia Fadel said they found a home that meets the needs of their young family in Engle Homes' Rivendell neighborhood in Mountain's Edge, a new master-planned community in the southwestern portion of the Las Vegas Valley.

The couple have a 6-year-old son Emil and a 3-year-old daughter Sherine.

They said they like the fact that elementary schools as well as parks are in the community.

"The kids love going to the park, and we've enjoying being able to participate in 5K runs that the community hosts," Roger Fadel said. "There's always a lot going on here for our whole family, and we're looking forward to being even more active into the future while living at our new home in Rivendell."

Engle Homes' Rivendell at Mountain's Edge is composed of single-story homes, and has three floor plans on large lots ranging from 7,800 to 18,000 square feet. Home designs range from about 2,581 to 3,046 square feet and all feature three-car garages. Each home is Energy Star-certified and includes coffered ceilings in the family and master suite, and have outdoor living areas with patios situated around the home.
