First-time buyer praises Juhl’s locale

Celeste Barajas, a 22-year-old resident of Henderson, said she was looking for a downtown Las Vegas residence. She chose juhl, a mid-rise development under construction at Bonneville Avenue and 4th Street.

"I like the whole idea of living downtown," said Barajas, who purchased a one-bedroom loft on the eighth floor of the mid-rise tower. "I spend a few evenings downtown right now and know that this is the place to be. I love the lights and feel of downtown, and the plans for future development that are happening here, too. I looked at other properties downtown and on the Strip but chose juhl because of the square footage of the homes and how private it all feels. I can't wait to move in."

A product of CityMark Development, juhl offers residences measuring 730 to 2,200 square feet. Live-work warehouse lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses are available.

The development features more than 100 different floor plans. Prices start from the high $300,000s.

Juhl interiors will exhibit the contemporary look of exposed mechanicals and concrete surfaces, along with floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and city views. Customizing is available, including optional walls.

The lofts contain private patio balconies, selected Grohe chrome plumbing fixtures, kitchens with granite counters, maple cabinetry, deluxe stainless steel appliances, energy-efficient air conditioning, forced-air heating and high-speed Internet access.

Residents have access to a two-story fitness center, a landscaped rooftop courtyard with a pool and spa, gated underground parking, and 24,000 square feet of retail space have also been planned for juhl.

To visit, take Interstate 15 and exit east at Charleston Boulevard onto Grand Central Parkway. Continue on Grand Central past the Las Vegas Premium Outlets, make a right on Bonneville Avenue and proceed to 255 E. Bonneville Ave.

For more information, visit juhl-lv.com or stop by the Information Studio, open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday when it opens at noon.
