First-time buyers drawn to Hillcrest
October 13, 2007 - 9:00 pm
Richmond American's Hillcrest neighborhood offers three floor plans in the northwestern valley.
Priced from the $240,000s, the neighborhood offers homes from the Cherry Lane Collection featuring open layouts with great rooms, dining rooms and kitchens on the main floor.
"Our floor plans range from about 1,450 to 1,750 square feet, which makes them perfect for first-time buyers. All three floor plans offer the option of a loft or a bonus room in lieu of the bedrooms, which is a nice choice for a lot of people," sales agent Tina Ballard said.
Priced from the $250,000s is the Lambert, with three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in about 1,450 square feet.
"We get a lot of comments from buyers about how well this plan is laid out," Ballard said. "It's our smallest plan in terms of square footage, but the layout offers a great use of space that makes the home feel very spacious."
The main floor of the Lambert features a great room, dining room, powder room and kitchen with food-preparation island. The laundry room is located upstairs, along with the master bedroom suite, two bedrooms and a full bath. One of the bedrooms can be selected as a loft.
Priced from the $260,000s is the Ranier, featuring four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in about 1,550 square feet.
"The entry of this home is very striking, with high ceilings leading into the great room," Ballard said. "An optional loft is available at the center of the second floor, creating a nice open living area."
Priced from the $270,000s, the Lapin is the largest floor plan, with four bedrooms and 21/2 baths in about 1,750 square feet. The first floor includes a great room, kitchen and dining room, as well as a separate laundry area and powder room. The second floor features a master bedroom suite, three secondary bedrooms and a full bath.
"The Lapin is one of our most popular floor plans," Ballard said. "One of its most unique features is that buyers can opt for a second master bedroom suite with a private bath in lieu of one of the secondary bedrooms." A bonus room is also available.
Models of all three plans are open for touring at Hillcrest. To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, and exit west on Cheyenne Avenue, which turns into Cliff Shadows Parkway. Turn left on Alexander Road to the models. For more details, call the sales center at 228-2746.
