First-time buyers praise Warmington Homes’ York Village

First-time home buyers Edward and Jamison Slater are enjoying life in their recently purchased home at York Village by Warmington Homes Nevada in southwestern Las Vegas, Jamison Slater said.

"We absolutely love living here," she said. "When we began our home search in the Southwest, York Village was the very first community that we looked at. We liked that were able to purchase a move-in- ready home with beautiful upgrades included. It made the decision to buy that much easier because it was designed perfectly for us."

The Slaters' home of choice was Plan Three, the largest plan, which encompasses 1,426 square feet of living space and includes three bedrooms, 21/2 baths, a living room with fireplace and separate dining room.

"We were drawn to the unique floor plan design," Jamison Slater said. "We appreciate the separate living and dining rooms and the Jack-and-Jill bedrooms really add to the overall charm of the home. We can definitely see ourselves living here for many years to come."

The York Village neighborhood offers a variety of move-in-ready single-family detached homes that begin from the high-$100,000s. There are three two-story floor plans that range from 1,234 to 1,426 square feet. Per plan they include two or three bedrooms, 21/2 baths and direct-access garages.

All three floor plan styles at York Village contain features such as living and dining rooms, kitchens with Whirlpool appliances and oak cabinetry with adjustable upper shelves. Interior laundry areas and master suites with large soaking tub and separate shower enclosure are also available, per plan.

Homes also include front porch entries, fully landscaped front yards and private rear yards. There is a new resort-style community pool with cabana and landscaped picnic area.

York Village is centrally located within southwest Las Vegas. The Slaters moved into their new home this past October.
