Foxborough offers seven floor plans

Richmond American offers home buyers a range of choices at Foxborough in southwestern Las Vegas. The neighborhood offers seven floor plans from two different collections, with six models open for touring.

Sales agent Norm Cummins said variety is Foxborough's hallmark.

"Our floor plans offer anywhere from three to five bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and about 1,200 to 2,400 square feet. All the plans offer a first-floor bedroom or a loft or both. The variety of choices makes it easy to find a home that fits your needs," he said.

Prices at Foxborough range from the $220,000s to the $280,000s. Cummins said those who act now can select six design options at no additional cost with Richmond American's Value Stacks Up offer. Options include stainless-steel appliances, granite kitchen countertops, a security system, window coverings and upgraded lighting package. The Value Stacks Up offer ends May 4.

"In addition to great value and a great selection, one of the neighborhood's most attractive features is the location," Cummins said. "Foxborough is set in the beautiful southwestern valley, giving residents quick access to the Strip and plenty of shopping, dining and recreation opportunities."

Three floor plans are available in the Cottage Collection.

"These homes are very popular with first-time home buyers," Cummins said. "All three plans have three bedrooms and offer an optional loft in place of one of the bedrooms."

Priced from the $220,000s is the 1,200-square-foot Tartan. The main floor features an open layout with great room, kitchen and nook. Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with private bath, two secondary bedrooms, full bath and laundry room.

Priced from the $230,000s is the Tattersal, a 1,350-square-foot home highlighted by a great room with volume ceilings. An optional fourth bedroom is available upstairs, which adds about 170 square feet.

The Herringbone is priced from the $240,000s and features about 1,600 square feet. The main floor offers a den which can be selected as an optional fourth bedroom with full bath. The gourmet kitchen includes a food preparation island, and the living room has volume ceilings.

"Home buyers looking for a little more space will love the plans from our Stonegate Collection," Cummins said. "Many of these homes feature formal living rooms and dining rooms, master suites with soaking tubs, and gourmet kitchens with food preparation islands and breakfast nooks. Three of the plans offer a convenient downstairs bedroom, and they all feature attractive stone veneer."

Four Stonegate floor plans are available: the Cliffstone, Pebble Stone, Ledgestone and Cobblebrick. The Cobblebrick is the largest plan, featuring five bedrooms and three baths in 2,400 square feet. Priced from the $280,000s, this home includes a bedroom and full bath on the main floor, while the second level is highlighted by a tech center area.

The Ledgestone and Pebble Stone both offer four bedrooms and 21/2 baths. Priced from the $270,000s, the 2,200-square-foot Ledgestone offers an optional loft upstairs, as well as an optional fifth bedroom and full bath on the main floor. Some elevations include a balcony off the master suite. The Pebble Stone is priced from the $260,000s and features about 2,150 square feet. The entry leads into a formal living room, and the family room is open to the kitchen and nook.

Priced from the $250,000s, the Cliffstone features three bedrooms and 21/2 baths in 1,850 square feet. The main floor offers a great room, kitchen and nook, as well as a formal dining room that can be selected as a fourth bedroom with full bath.
