Friendly Ford salespeople achieve master certification

Eleven Friendly Ford salespeople have achieved master certification status from Ford Motor Co. This is important to the customer because becoming master certified means the consumer can be assured that the sales consultants knows absolutely everything about the vehicle they want.

"Friendly Ford is very proud of these 11 people that have achieved this goal," said Dave Culp, general sales manager of Friendly Ford. "It's a year long process to get to this point, with many classes and rigorous testing and there are always new classes and new products, so maintaining your masters certification is an ongoing process."

A masters certification from Ford highlights the Ford products and the car buying experience. The testing focuses on product knowledge, customer satisfaction, engine transmission, safety, performance handling, model differences, trim packages and Internet.

"Friendly Ford doesn't just want to meet customers expectations … we want to exceed them," Culp said. "Today's customers want knowledge, they hunger for it, and the Friendly Ford sales consultants who have achieved master certification have that knowledge."

Friendly Ford expects all sales consultants to be certified and then become master certified.

Friendly Ford has always been locally owned and operated at the same location, 660 N. Decatur Blvd., just north of U.S. Highway 95. Reach the dealership at 870-7221 or www.FriendlyFordLV.com.
