Friends find Bella Vista condos, active lifestyle

It didn't take long for good friends Monika Van Cleve and Lisa Rupert to find their new homes at Bella Vista at Green Valley Ranch. As real estate professionals and marathon runners, Van Cleve and Rupert said they were drawn to the amenities found at Bella Vista.

"I was originally referred to Bella Vista by a current resident," said Van Cleve, a residential real estate specialist living and working in the Las Vegas Valley. "I was living in a single-family home in Anthem Country Club when my friend told me about Bella Vista.
