Friends find Bella Vista condos, active lifestyle

It didn't take long for good friends Monika Van Cleve and Lisa Rupert to find their new homes at Bella Vista at Green Valley Ranch. As real estate professionals and marathon runners, Van Cleve and Rupert said they were drawn to the amenities found at Bella Vista.

"I was originally referred to Bella Vista by a current resident," said Van Cleve, a residential real estate specialist living and working in the Las Vegas Valley. "I was living in a single-family home in Anthem Country Club when my friend told me about Bella Vista. Once I visited the property with its beautiful landscaping, pools and spa, and its close proximity to The District, I knew Bella Vista would be my next home. This is a great community to live in. In fact, I've referred several other buyers to Bella Vista, as well."

One of those referrals was friend, professional associate and fellow marathon runner Lisa Rupert.

The big draw for both Van Cleve and Rupert is the lifestyle that can be enjoyed in the area. As both runners trained for the Rock & Roll marathon in San Diego on June 3, they utilized the amenities at Bella Vista and the surrounding area.

"Bella Vista has a nice fitness center overlooking one of the pools, so it's a nice place to train and work out" Van Cleve said.

"The surrounding trails and roads are great for runners. Additionally, the trail system makes a perfect 5-mile loop, which is great for training," Rupert said.

The condominium complex offers one- and two-bedroom designs. All of the townhome-style condos have garages, many of which are attached directly to the unit. Four floor plans offer single-level one- bedroom units and two-story designs with two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.

The units feature ceramic-tile entries and countertops, full-sized washers and dryers, microwave ovens, walk-in closets, 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fans. Select homes are available with fireplaces, Roman tubs and private patios.

The developer is offering an incentive package, including a Visa gift card valued up to $10,000, 3 percent towards closing costs, and no condo homeowners association dues for one year for those who qualify, according to Bella Vista officials.

Prices for the townhome-style residences start in the $180,000s.

"Working in residential real estate, I know the market quite well," Van Cleve said. "With the amenities on property, the surrounding community, quick access to I-215 and the great prices and incentive packages, now is the time to buy a condo at Bella Vista."

Information regarding Bella Vista can be obtained at the sales information center.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Green Valley Parkway and head south, just past Paseo Verde Parkway, to the gated entrance on the right.

The sales office is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., except Sunday when it opens at noon. For more information, call 233-9050 or visit BellaVistaLife.com.
