Gambling revenues decline across the nation

When it comes to gambling revenues, things are tough all over. That’s the theme of a breaking article in the Wall Street Journal.

Says Lucy Dadayan, a senior policy analyst at the Rockefeller Institute: "Gambling revenues are declining across the board, and states can no longer count on gambling when it comes to closing budget gaps."
