Gans gains kudos for Strip longevity
If you get a chance to see “Race to Witch Mountain,” you’ll catch a
glimpse of Strip entertainer Danny Gans, who does a walk-through in
the action-packed Disney remake starring Dwayne Johnson.
In Strip years, Gans is a veritable institution after breaking in at
The Mirage in 1996. He stars in his own showroom at Wynn’s Encore, and
recently was lauded in a piece on the popular Broadwayworld.com Web
site.
“Like some others in Las Vegas Danny Gans is one of the few
entertainers today who is, in Las Vegas, a certified mega-star even
though in other places the response to his name may well be, "Danny
who?" But go to see him once and you'll know for sure who he is and
will probably tell your friends.
