Germany’s Pius Heinz has moved into first

Germany’s Pius Heinz moved into second place on the 39th hand, taking a more than 44 million pot from Ireland’s Eoghan O'Dea. On the 44th hand, he took over the chip lead.

After Heinz bet 4.1 million and was called by O’Dea, the flop came 8 of clubs, 8 of diamonds and 4 clubs. O’Dea bet 4.6 million and Heinz called.

A 2 of clubs came on the turn and O'Dea bet 8.2 million.

After several minutes, Heinz raised all in for 16 million and O’Dea folded.

O’Dea fell from second down to eighth while Heinz moved just 3 million behind chip leader martin Staszko.

After hand 44, Heinz took over the chip lead with 47.25 million to Staszko's 45.575 million
