Get hitched for cheap

   OK, it won’t be very personal, but it’s bound to be memorable. If you want to get married and don’t have much to spend, the Stratosphere is planning a wedding for 88 couples on Aug. 8 (get it? 8/8/08) for $8.88.
   The package includes free passage to the tower-level indoor observation deck where the ceremony will take place, a free glass of champagne and a coupon for a free green screen photo from the base of the tower (whatever that is).
   The minister’s fees will be waived, too.
   And if all that is not thrilling enough, the Stratosphere will offer the couples free admission to its Big Shot, X Scream and Insanity rides.
   Of course, the hotel will try to fill a few rooms, with prices starting at $88.88.
