Giovanni model generates positive responses within Tuscan Cliffs
Pacific Southwest Development community offers semi-custom homes ranging from 4,328 to more than 6,000 square feet. The development offers four model homes with thousands of configurations.
"One of the greatest benefits of semi-custom home building is that each resident can configure their floor plans to best suit their lives," said Rob Evon, sales agent at Tuscan Cliffs.
The Villa de Giovanni is a four-bedroom residence with 31/2 baths, first-floor master suite with separate retreat, library and three-car garage.
"This home is a beautiful example of our architectural commitment to indoor-outdoor living," Evon said. "It has a private front courtyard, a covered rear patio and a covered front balcony, allowing residents to enjoy the fresh air and desert views from the comfort of their homes."
The Villa de Giovanni is also one of Tuscan Cliffs' most flexible plans. Buyers have the option of adding a one or two-story courtyard casita, detached fourth car garage, sun terrace, wine storage, second-floor master suite or game room.
"The casita is one of the most flexible spaces in this home," Evon said. "It can be used as a fourth car garage, a bonus room, wine grotto, office or an additional bedroom. And it is completely separate from the second floor casita."
An 1,100 square foot game room is shown in the model at Tuscan Cliffs. "The game room is a wonderful, fun space," Evon said. "We show the many ways residents can entertain here, with a putting green, full bar, poker table, conversation area, media center and even an outdoor patio."
More than 50 configurations are available among the four base models at Tuscan Cliffs. Each offers a master suite with separate retreat, extensive rear patio, central courtyard and common areas. Among thousands of available options for every home are home theater systems, elevators, wine cellars and grottos, swimming pools and outdoor fireplaces.
All of Tuscan Cliffs' home sites measure at least one-quarter acre.
Standard amenities include stone paver driveways, stainless-steel appliances, 42-inch maple cabinets, granite countertops, wood-clad Andersen windows and Kohler plumbing fixtures. All homes include outdoor kitchens and disappearing glass doors, which allow residents to link internal and external areas seamlessly, Evon said.
In addition, each residence qualifies as an Energy Star home, saving owners on their heating and cooling expenses while providing more environmentally friendly homes, he said.
Base prices start at just over $1 million. Residents receive a one-year social membership to the Southern Highlands Golf Club, upon application approval, according to Evon.
To visit, take Interstate 15 to the St. Rose Parkway exit and go west. Drive north on Southern Highlands Parkway and proceed to Stonewater Lane, then turn left and follow the signs.
