GLVAR helps buyers with the Fall Spectacular Sale

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, in partnership with the Las Vegas Review-Journal newspaper, is organizing a Fall Spectacular Sale to help homebuyers and sellers and to reduce the number of homes listed for sale in Southern Nevada.

From Oct. 10-26, participating local homeowners and Realtors will reduce prices by at least 5 percent on hundreds of local homes. To participate in the sale, sellers simply pay a $50 fee and agree to reduce their asking price by at least 5 percent during the three-week sale. If the home doesn't sell, they can return to their original asking price after the sale concludes.

Homes throughout Southern Nevada will be discounted as part of the sale. Look for the Fall Spectacular logo on yard signs indicating which homes are participating, for ads promoting the sale in the R-J and its sister publications, as well as in other local media outlets in Las Vegas.
