Greg Anthony and presidential politics

I'm not a big fan of mixing sports and politics, but former UNLV star Greg Anthony (who is now one of the better basketball analysts on TV) caught my ear this morning on the Colin Cowherd ESPN radio show.
Asked about the basketball playoffs, Greg suggested that the Western conference may end up a little like the Democratic Primary. Just like Sens. Obama and Clinton are beating each other up while Republican Sen. John McCain waits ready and able in the wings, so may the teams in the west -- Lakers, Suns, Spurs -- who after nasty eye-gouging contests against each other face formidable teams from the east -- Celtics, Pistons.
Cowherd asked whether this analogy meant that Anthony was predicting a win for McCain in the general election.
Without hesitation, said Anthony: McCain may "very well" win.
Greg's got this one figured out. Hillary does not. Just as she deluded herself into thinking she took enemy fire in Bosnia, she thinks she's the Celtics. But she's actually got less of a chance than the Denver Nuggets.
