Hampton Glen offers options at Providence

Lennar's Hampton Glen neighborhood offers four floor plans priced from the $300,000s in the Providence master plan in the northwest valley.

Homes feature coordinated interiors and kitchens accented by granite countertops, oak cabinetry, appliance package with self-cleaning range, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and washer and dryer and 2-inch faux window blinds.

The neighborhood offers four two-story residences measuring from 1,660 to 2,161 square feet. The homes feature three or four bedrooms, 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 baths and two-car garages.

Exterior detailing includes stone or brick veneers on selected elevations.

When complete, the 1,200-acre master plan will include tree-lined promenades, community parks, soccer and baseball fields, tennis and volleyball courts and a children's playground.

In addition to the existing Centennial High School, land has been earmarked for two elementary schools and one middle school.

The three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath Sutton floor plan has 1,660 square feet with an open great room, dining room and a kitchen with a pantry and bar-counter seating at the island.

Second-floor bedrooms include walk-in closets.

The Easton floor plan provides 1,795 square feet with four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. The bedrooms are on the second floor, along with the laundry room.

The 1,823-square-foot Westport and 2,161-square-foot Kingsbury floor plans also feature a balcony and a covered patio.

The Westport, a split-level design, features two bedrooms on the first floor. The master suite and an additional bedroom are situated on the second floor.

The Kingsbury, with three bedrooms and 2 3/4 baths, includes a bonus room on the second floor. The main floor has an informal dining nook and a formal dining room.

Lennar also offers three other communities at Providence: Arbor Ridge, priced from the $200,000s, Barrington, priced from the $300,000s and Westminster, priced from the $500,000s.

All communities are Energy Star certified.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Hualapai Way, turn north on Hualapai, west on Elkhorn Road, north on Egan Crest Drive, and west on Severance Lane to the community.

The sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
