Harmony continues promotional event

This weekend, Harmony Homes continues its Summer Sales Blowout event at its Harmony Springs collection in the northwestern valley. During the promotional event, eight homes will be available, with prices starting at $139,990. A free event featuring refreshments, games in the park, prizes, bounce houses and model tours will be held today from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

"We have designated the month of June for our Summer Sales Blowout, with special pricing in each community offered only through June 30," sales manager Lorne Wilson said. "This is an opportunity to buy a brand new home in a beautiful area for less than you can buy used (homes). But time is running out, so I encourage you to stop by Harmony Springs this weekend to see what is available."

The neighborhood showcases nine floor plans ranging from 1,286 to 2,252 square feet. Four model homes are available to preview and include a variety of designs and options.

"Today is a great day to come and check them out," Wilson said. "From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., guests can have lunch, play games, win prizes and bring the kids to play in our bounce houses and park. Harmony Springs offers a park for residents with a grassy area, tot lot, playground and park benches.

The park is home to a French Farmer's Market every other Saturday and outdoor movies throughout the summer.

Current incentives offered at Harmony Springs include up to 3 percent of closing costs for new homebuyers as well as a zero down program for qualified buyers, according to Wilson.

Homes include many standard features that are considered upgrades in other communities, Wilson said. Some are granite kitchen countertops, cultured marble in the baths, landscaped common areas, finished garages, ceiling fan prewiring and cable outlets in all bedrooms and family rooms/dens, upper-level laundry rooms, rear-yard barbecue stubs, beech cabinetry and walk-in closets. Options include additional bedrooms, kitchen islands and covered patios or decks, per plan.

Harmony Homes is currently selling homes in six Las Vegas neighborhoods including Harmony Pointe, Harmony Springs, Harmony Heights, Harmony Sands, Alpian Meadows and Rivendell. Prices at Harmony Homes start at $139,990 and range from 1,286 to 4,035 square feet. All Harmony Homes are Energy Star certified.
