Harmony Homes offers final sites at Rivendell in Mountain’s Edge

Rivendell in Mountain's Edge has three home sites available in the Harmony Homes neighborhood, two single-story plans with three-car garages and Rivendell's two-story model home.

"Single-story floor plans with three- car garages are hard to find, and we offer two options in the same collection. Plans 2735 and 2807, both named for their sizes, include three bedrooms, 2½ baths, a den and multiple options for personalization," said sales agent April Yoo.

Rivendell's newest floor plan is the 2807, which includes options to convert the den into a fourth bedroom with a full bath or a master retreat. Homeowners can also convert the third garage into a casita, which creates a front courtyard. "This is a great option as the front courtyard is an intimate outdoor living area," Yoo said. "The casita also has a private entrance separate from the main residence, which makes it a perfect space for an office or guest quarters."

Plan 2807 also includes three standard covered patios with one outside the living/dining area, one near the den and a third in the back.

The single-story plans include kitchen nooks, cooking islands, living/dining rooms and family rooms. Prices in the collection start in the high $200,000s.

"We are also offering the model home of Plan 4035 for sale at Rivendell," Yoo said. The five-bedroom, three-bath home includes a master retreat, oversized kitchen island, kitchen nook, walk-in kitchen pantry, dining room, living room, family room with full wet bar, loft and first floor bedroom and full bath. "It is available fully furnished with beautiful landscaping," she said.

Rivendell's standard features include granite kitchen countertops, beech wood kitchen cabinetry, recessed kitchen lighting, alarm prewiring, cable and phone outlets in all bedrooms, raised, panel interior doors and cultured marble countertops in the baths.

Rivendell is a gated community in Mountain's Edge, located within walking distance of the master plan's Exploration Park, which includes Western-themed playgrounds, a water play area, walking trails and picnic spaces.
