Harmony Homes welcomes its newest collection, Summit at Sunrise Highlands

Harmony Homes will celebrate the grand opening of its newest collection this weekend. Summit at Sunrise Highlands, located near the base of Sunrise Mountain in the Sunrise Highlands master-planned community.

In this residence, homebuyers have the option of choosing a three-car garage or converting it into a home office or casita with a full bath. The design also allows the living room to be converted into a fourth bedroom with a full bath. "These options are complemented by the home's open design including a kitchen with a standard gourmet cooking island, family room and formal dining room," Woodruff said.

"And one design we think will be especially popular is Residence Six," she said. "It is our largest residence at 3,754 square feet and has an elegant layout and design."

Residence Six at Sunrise Highlands is a two-story home with a formal entry, dining, living, family rooms and first floor bedroom and bath. The kitchen includes a cooking island and nook, along with a kitchen pantry. Upstairs, the master suite includes two closets, three additional bedrooms and a loft. Its three-car garage has the option of converting one of the garage spaces to a home office or casita. An optional sixth bedroom and second-floor deck also are offered.

Amenities at Sunrise Highland include Hollywood Center and Park, the Lewis Family Park and the 18-hole Desert Rose Golf Course.
