Harmony offers golf course living at Lake Las Vegas

Harmony Homes officials said the builder is offering homes at its Bella Fiore community at Lake Las Vegas with golf course views, but without the golf course lot premiums.

Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for Harmony Homes, said the builder is selling homes at a record pace valleywide, and its two communities at Lake Las Vegas are a good example of why they've been so successful.

"Harmony Homes has sold more than 130 homes here in the first three months of 2012, which puts us on pace to sell more homes than we have before," Gorman said. "Home buyers are realizing it's an unprecedented time to buy a home in Southern Nevada. Interest rates are at or near historic lows and our prices are so low they can't stay that way forever."

Bella Fiore offers three single-story floor plans ranging from 2,307 to 2,922 square feet of living space, including lots located on the golf course.

Gorman said Harmony Homes is currently waiving the golf course lot premiums for these homes.

"This is an opportunity for buyers to live on a golf course for prices we haven't offered in several years," Gorman said.

With almost 3,000 square feet of living space, the Residence 2922 model features three bedrooms with a master bedroom retreat. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and island for entertaining with a dining nook with direct access to a covered loggia. The home also features a great room, formal living room, 2½ baths and an interior courtyard in addition to a three-car garage.

The Residence 2593 model, at 2,593 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths with a family, formal living and dining rooms, along with a spacious kitchen. The home features a three-car garage with the option of turning one of those bays into a hobby room.

Residence 2307 is named after its square footage and houses three bedrooms and an optional extended closet in the master bedroom. The home features 2½ baths, great room and roomy kitchen with a formal dining area. A three-car garage is standard on this model with buyers having the option to convert one of the bays into a fourth bedroom.

"Each model has design options available so home buyers can create the home they always imagined, whether that's a hobby shop or an extra bedroom or two," Gorman said.

Prices at Bella Fiore begin in the mid-$300,000s, with many incentives such as no premium for a golf course lot.

Also available by Harmony Homes at Lake Las Vegas Resort is Tremezzo, located on the north shore of the resort.

In addition to two single-story homes, Tremezzo also offers a couple of two-story models. Homes range from 2,307 to 4,671 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and as many as 4½ baths, with three-car garage and multiple design options.

The interiors of the Tremezzo homes feature dramatic, 10-foot-high ceilings, 7-inch baseboards and custom rounded corners. The kitchens feature granite countertops and a 4-inch backsplash.

The single-story homes are priced in the mid-$300,000s, and the two-story models are available in the mid-$400,000s.

Built around a 320-acre man-made lake, the Mediterranean-inspired community is home to resort-hotels and a casino, marina and golf club, as well as MonteLago Village, which is home to restaurants, shopping and special events.

Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,000 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008. It offers 14 neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $110,000s and ranging from 1,462 to 4,761 square feet.

To visit the builder's neighborhoods in Lake Las Vegas, take U.S. Highway 93 south to Lake Mead Drive, head east toward Lake Mead and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway.

The gated entrance to Bella Fiore is accessible through the first roundabout.
