Harmony offers Lake Las Vegas homes

Homebuyers who enjoy golf and those who want a home with golf course views have a window of opportunity at the Harmony Homes community of Bella Fiore at Lake Las Vegas.

Geoff Gorman, vice president of sales for the company, said the builder only has 13 homes left that offer views of The Falls Golf Club at Lake Las Vegas. He said Harmony Homes is waiving the lot premiums.

"There are so many things about Bella Fiore that you just don't see very often, especially in today's housing market," Gorman said. "Most of all, we're offering executive-style homes with golf course views, but without lot premiums. And our buyers can have all that for prices that we haven't seen in several years."

Bella Fiore offers three single-story floor plans ranging from 2,307 to 2,922 square feet. Prices start at $298,990, with financial incentives.

With almost 3,000 square feet of living space, the Residence 2922 model houses three bedrooms with a master retreat. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry and island for entertaining with a dining nook with direct access to a covered loggia. The home also features a great room, formal living room, 2½ baths and an interior courtyard, in addition to a three-car garage.

Residence 2593 model, with 2,593 square feet, offers three bedrooms, 2½ baths with family, formal living and dining rooms and a large kitchen. The home features a three-car garage with the option of turning one of those garage bays into a hobby room.

Residence 2307 is named after its square footage and has three bedrooms and an optional extended closet in the master bedroom. The home features 2½ baths, great room and a roomy kitchen with a formal dining area. A three-car garage is standard in this model, with buyers having the option to convert one of the bays into a fourth bedroom.

Harmony Homes also offers Tremezzo, a gated neighborhood that is under construction on the north shore of the lake, which serves as the centerpiece of the resort community.

Tremezzo features two single-story home designs, as well as a pair of two-story models. Homes range from 2,307 to 4,671 square feet with as many as four bedrooms and as many as 4½ baths, with three-car garages and design options.

The interiors of the homes are highlighted by 10-foot ceilings, 7-inch baseboards and custom rounded corners. The kitchens feature granite countertops and a 4-inch backsplash. Homes are priced from $308,990.

Built around a 320-acre man-made lake, the Mediterranean-inspired community of Lake Las Vegas is 17 miles east of the Las Vegas Strip. It includes resort-hotels and a casino, marina and golf club, as well as MonteLago Village, which is home to restaurants, shopping and special events.

Harmony Homes has sold more than 1,000 homes since it was formed in Southern Nevada in late 2008. So far in 2012, it has sold more than 150 homes in less than four months. It offers 14 neighborhoods throughout the Las Vegas Valley, with one- and two-story homes priced from the $110,000s and ranging from 1,462 to 4,761 square feet.

To visit the neighborhoods in Lake Las Vegas, take U.S. Highway 93 south to Lake Mead Drive, head east toward Lake Mead and turn left onto Lake Las Vegas Parkway. The gated entrance to Bella Fiore is accessible through the first roundabout.
