Harmony sells homes in Summerlin

Ladera Terrace by Harmony Homes is selling three two-story home floor plans in The Mesa village of the master-planned community of Summerlin. Floor plans range from 2,320 to 2,622 square feet and are priced starting in the low $200,000s.

All homes feature as many as five bedrooms, 2½ baths, balcony, kitchen islands, two-car garages and second-story laundry rooms.

Standard features include granite kitchen countertops, cultured marble countertops in secondary baths, six-panel interior doors, 9-foot ceilings and textured-finished garages.

All Ladera Terrace homes are Energy Star rated and include low-e windows.
