Harry Reid recommends …
In a light interview with the Christian Broadcasting Network, Sen. Harry Reid gave a plug to the Senate's bean soup and recommended comedian Rita Rudner to Las Vegas visitors.
"Rita Rudner is good," Reid said in the interview. "If you want a comedy that's good and clean, go and see her. Some of the comedians are a little rough on the edges but she's not."
Rudner and Reid are pals. Just this week she lent her voice to one of Reid's campaign commercials. In August, she appeared at a campaign event for Reid alongside former city councilwoman Lois Tarkanian.
Also, the interview made clear something people will never see: A Harry Reid appearance on "Dancing with the Stars."
