Health care’s constitutional infringement

Here we go. The courts are beginning to weigh in on the constitutionality of mandatory Obama Care ... And the good guys (like Nevada and other states) are winning.

Still a long time before the question is settled, of course. But we can say this for sure: Had Democrats, led by Obama, Sen. Reid and Rep. Pelosi, had a better grounding in individual rights and state rights, we wouldn't be in this fight.

Also, don't forget that Nevada's AG ended up on the wrong side of the law and the people on this, too.
