Pardee Homes is offering Ready Homes at new prices in the Rockwood neighborhood at Prescott Park, a gated North Las Vegas community built around a private 4.5-acre park.

Priced at about $280,940, Plan Two measures about 1,688 square feet with three bedrooms, master retreat, two baths and two-car garage in a single-story design.

Plan Five is a two-story layout with four bedrooms, including one downstairs, 31/2 baths, bonus room, loft and two-car garage in about 2,764 square feet, priced at about $389,765.

Rockwood can be reached by taking Aliante Parkway north of Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Grand Teton Drive. Turn left on Grand Teton, right on Aviary Way and then left into the neighborhood.

The sales offices welcome visitors between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday, and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday.
