Centex Homes' Horizon Park in North Las Vegas offers homes ranging from the upper $200,000s to $300,000s.
Floor plans include 11 home designs in three neighborhoods -- Skydance, Wind Song and Whistling Breeze.
Priced from the upper $200,000s, Skydance offers three single-story floor plans and a two-story design. Layouts range from 1,664 to 2,757 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths.
Wind Song offers three two-story home designs. Floor plans offer 2,294 to 2,945 square feet with three to six bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths. Prices start in the low $300,000s.
Four two-story floor plans are available at Whistling Breeze, where prices also start in the low $300,000s. Layouts measure 2,458 to 3,807 square feet with three to seven bedrooms and 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths.
Homes come with maple cabinets. Granite countertops are available. Homes are prewired for telephone and cable TV connections in all bedrooms.
To visit, take Interstate 15, exit Cheyenne Avenue west, turn right on Simmons Street and proceed to Horizon Park on the corner of Simmons and Alexander Road. From U.S. Highway 95, exit Cheyenne Avenue east, turn left on Simmons and proceed to Horizon Park on the corner of Simmons and Alexander.
