Illustrator dreams home at Terrazzo

John Masse, owner of Masse Graphics, first saw his three-story Terrazzo floor plan in one of those real estate TV shows on a Sunday morning.

"I saw the homes that were selling at Rhodes Ranch on the show and was intrigued by the unique look of them. They didn't look like the typical Vegas-style homes," Masse said.

Masse's three-story Terrazzo Residence 3976 includes three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, den, sun room, bonus room, third floor loft and three-car, tandem garage.

Masse, an artist who specializes in cartoons and theatrical set design, has lived in Henderson since moving to the valley 11 years ago.

"I have been able to achieve the luxurious life I have always dreamed of, but without the huge cost associated with that type of lifestyle in other areas of town," he said.

Designs in Tuscany include three-story town homes, single-, two- and three-story homes with lofts.

Ranging from 1,724 to 4,392 square feet, prices begin from the low $300,000s.
