Indigo emphasizes style in designs

Ryland Homes' Indigo community offers single-home living with three-story layouts in the southwestern Las Vegas Valley.
Prices start in the high $200,000s.
The builder features a rooftop deck that can offer views of the valley and city. Available as an option on the Midnight Plan, the rooftop decks appeal to home buyers who seek a private retreat.
The combination of the rooftop deck and third-floor living space appeals to buyers, reports Indigo sales agent Bethann Frusco.
"The Midnight Plan is the most popular of the Indigo designs, and probably 99.9 percent choose the roof deck option," Frusco said.
At 1,946 square feet, the Midnight Plan offers two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with an option for a third bedroom.
The Azure Plan features a balcony off the master bedroom. The master suite and bath occupy the entire third floor.
There are two additional bedrooms and baths within its 1,691 square feet, and the master bedroom can also be enclosed for those who prefer a more traditional residence layout.
At 1,982 square feet, Cobalt is the largest of the three Indigo plans. With three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, it features an optional third-floor loft or retreat that can be used as a TV room, gym or hobby room.
