Inspirada event puts spotlight on homes

Pardee Homes’ Alterra and Solano neighborhoods in the master-planned Inspirada community in Henderson welcomed hundreds of visitors during Super Saturday @ Inspirada festivities last weekend.

“It was a great day to celebrate the grand opening of Capriola and Potenza Parks in the community,” Pardee Homes Regional Sales Director Rob Tuvell said. “And, we’re looking forward to next spring when Inspirada’s Aventura Park opens right across the street from Alterra and Solano.”

To reach the Pardee neighborhoods from St. Rose Parkway, head south on Executive Airport Drive, which becomes Via Inspirada south of Volunteer Boulevard. Continue south on Via Inspirada, which becomes Bicentennial Parkway. Turn right on Via Firenze and follow the signs to the model homes.

Alterra Plan One measures 3,227 square feet with four bedrooms, 31/2 baths, den or optional formal dining room or optional parlor, tandem four-bay garage, island kitchen and downstairs laundry, bedroom and full bath.

Alterra Plan Two measures 3,723 square feet with four bedrooms, four baths, three-bay garage, den, loft and game room, kitchen with adjoining great room and casual dining area.

The home can be built with up to six bedrooms and 41/2 baths.

Plan Three at Alterra measures 4,165 square feet with five bedrooms and 41/2 baths with an optional extended covered patio or outdoor room and Pardee’s optional GenSmart Suite. A courtyard entry, island kitchen and family room, great room, den or optional formal dining room and optional sixth bedroom are all featured in the home.
