Jail Obama’s political opponents

I wonder how many of Barack Obama supporters adhere to Harry Belafonte's idea as expressed on the Al Sharpton MSNBC show in which Belafonte said Obama should imprison his political opposition like a "third world dictator."

You can see the video below. I am not making this up. You can see that Belafonte is serious. And you can see that Sharpton offers nary a challenge to the unAmerican idea. In fact, he thinks it is funny.

I'm think far too many Obama supporters join with Belafonte on this kind of thinking. Am I wrong?
