Jimmer Fredette — ‘A beautiful travesty’

Complete Las Vegans in need of a fast break from the hypocrisy of the "Obama Doctrine" and this president's upcoming failure to avert a double-dip recession (been to the gas station or the grocery store lately?), will find it in this nifty piece on BYU basketball phenom Jimmer Fredette. UNLV fans witnessed his amazing God-given skills more than once in the T&M.

The piece concludes: "Sharing makes a lot of sense when you have talent at all five positions—when your team is Jimmer and the Fredette-ettes, it's a luxury you can't afford. Fredette, the great scorer and sporadic distributor, will shoot BYU into the next round or straight out of the tournament. A crossover, a jab step, a jump shot from in front of the other team's bench, 30 feet away from the hoop. Man, isn't it a beautiful travesty?"

Find the full story here. Enjoy. Unfortunately, Obama and his leadership failures, will be here when you get back.
