Juhl holds event for home buyers

CityMark Development hosted a cocktail party and gathering for juhl home buyers April 12.

Hosted at downtown's Celebrity Nightclub and Lounge, the event featured a gourmet menu catered by Triple George Grill. Both the nightclub and restaurant are only a brief walk from the mid-rise development on Third Street.

"This was the perfect spot to host our home buyers because juhl is under construction right down the street," said Rich Gustafson, president of CityMark Development. "This is their neighborhood, with everything they need just an easy walk away. Great entertainment, restaurants, shops, and galleries -- all turning downtown into the new place to be."

Several hundred guests received the VIP treatment as they entered the Celebrity Nightclub beneath a marquee that welcomed them, according to Gustafson. Inside, they were greeted with cocktails, an array of hors d'oeuvres, a jazz band -- whose members include juhl home buyer, Enrico Santorelli and sales associate, John Eisele.

"It was great fun," Gustafson said, "and the home buyers had a chance to meet many of their future neighbors and experience a real taste of the downtown they will soon be a part of."

Spanning 15 stories, juhl offers 100 floor plans from 730 to 2,200 square feet, including warehouse lofts, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, townhouses, flats and penthouses.

Prices begin in the high $300,000s.

More than 65 percent sold with completion scheduled for spring 2008, residences include granite slab countertops, center island-kitchen layout, maple cabinetry and deluxe stainless steel General Electric appliances.

Residences will feature amenities such as private patios or balconies and energy-efficient air conditioning, forced air heating as well as high-speed Internet access.

In a partnership with Creative Touch Interiors design centers, the developer is providing juhl home buyers with concierge-level service in designing each unit's interior finishes.

Community amenities include a fully-equipped two-story fitness center, landscaped rooftop courtyard with pool and spa, gated underground parking and 24,000 square feet of retail space.

The development is located at the corner of Bonneville Avenue and 4th Street. To learn more, visit juhl-lv.com or stop by the Information Studio. From Interstate 15, exit Charleston Boulevard and head east; turn left on Grand Central Parkway; turn right on Bonneville and end at 255 E. Bonneville Ave.

The Information Studio is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when it opens at noon.
