Kensington unveils three-story residence

American West Kensington located in Highlands Ranch will be unveiling its new three-story home today.

A grand opening event with food and live music will take place today from 1 to 4 p.m.

The 4,770-square-foot Wilson home design offers five bedrooms, up to 41/2 baths, three-car garage and an elevator.

"With grand opening prices starting as low as $119 per square foot, the value is incomparable. There has yet to be a three-story at this size or at this price in the valley.
