Lamplight offers two-story homes

Lennar's Lamplight Cottages is a gated neighborhood of homes. Prices begin in the $300,000s.

The homes offer two-story designs with distinctive elevations, many accented by stone or brick veneers.

The three remaining home designs include the Nantucket with 1,282 square feet, the Fairfield with 1,507 square feet and the Windham with 1,660 square feet. The homes feature an open great-room design on the main level with three bedrooms, two to 2 1/2 baths and a two-car garage.

The Nantucket places the master suite on the main floor. The second floor includes a bedroom and a second master bedroom with walk-in closet.

The Windham design also offers a master suite on both levels, plus a second-floor bonus room.
