Las Vegas resident Nicolas Cage should have been Superman!

Dear Nicolas Cage, since you live in Vegas now, I feel close enough to you to say: You should totally fund this "Superman" nerd's documentary about how you should have been Superman in the movies!

I think you looked badass in the costume photos:

This movie would have been really something. I mean, there could have been a robot in it meant to be "a gay R2-D2 with attitude," and a sonic boom whenever you flew super fast, and Chris Rock as Jimmy Olsen (!), and Lex Luther could have had a space dog. Wow.

Anywho, this Superman nerd wants to make a film about how this film would have turned out, and why it didn't, even though you named your kid Kal-El: 

Well, I hope you're enjoying life in Vegas, Nicolas Cage. I'm sure you feel as I do that Vegas is the best city in the world.
