Lauer reports raising $125,000 for CD3 primary

Republican Rob Lauer says he's raised $125,000 for his campaign to challenge Rep. Dina Titus, D-Nev.

Lauer also says he has kept costs low and has $115,000 cash on hand.

Lauer and former state Sen. Joe Heck are the leading candidates in the Republican primary to challenge Titus.

Heck has reported raising nearly $200,000, but has been campaigning longer than Lauer.

"I know how to spend money more efficiently than (Heck) does," Lauer said.

The Lauer campaign also has $30,000 in debt.
