Lennar builds homes within Silverado Ranch

Lennar's Lamplight Gardens, located at Silverado Ranch, features gated living in the southeastern Las Vegas Valley, as well as neighborhood amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool and spa, basketball court, children's playground, built-in barbecues, and a turn-of-the-century-style gazebo.

Single-family homes are available, with prices starting in the $200,000s.

Each home has a raised and covered entry porch and an enclosed backyard.

Lamplight Gardens is also an Energy Star-certified community with insulation in the residences, as well as programmable thermostats, low-emittance windows and doors, an energy-efficient gas heating system and 13 SEER air conditioning.

Lamplight Gardens offers three two-story homes.

The Lilac measures 1,286 square feet. The Iris spans 1,341 square feet and the Orchid measures 1,369 square feet. Each is based on an open and airy great room design with three bedrooms, or two bedrooms with a loft, 21/2 baths, and a one-car garage.

A limited number of homes are currently being offered for spring move-in, according to Chapeaux.

To visit the Welcome Home Center, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Eastern Avenue and exit south to St. Rose Parkway. Travel west to Spencer Street, then go north to Cactus Avenue.

Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon.
