Lennar builds in North Las Vegas

Lennar features neighborhoods within the Aliante master-planned community, as well as other areas throughout North Las Vegas.

Sage Creek features single-family, two-story homes with that range from 1,760 to 2,152 square-feet and is located just north of East Lone Mountain Road and North Bruce Street.

The builder also features Walnut Grove and Coldwater Ranch at The Villages at Sierra Ranch, a North Las Vegas master plan containing four community parks with soccer fields, sand volleyball courts, gazebos, tot lots as well as walking trails with exercise stations.

Walnut Grove at Commerce Street and Tropical Parkway offers three two-story floor plans measuring from 2,217 to 2,530 square feet with three to four bedrooms, 21/2 to 23/4 baths and two-car garages.

Lennar's Coldwater Ranch is located at North 5th Street and Tropical Parkway features a collection of single-story and two-story home designs from 1,678 to 2,695 square feet.

The neighborhoods Rancho d'Oro and Fox Hollow are located at Losee Road and Lone Mountain Road.

Projects planned for the area which include a new city center-style mall at North 5th Street and Craig Road, and a warehouse club and home improvement store currently under construction at Craig Road and Losee.

Plans have been announced for an upcoming project that will convert the Craig Ranch Golf Course into a regional park.

Rancho d'Oro and Fox Hollow sit within a walled community highlighted by a 3-acre resident's park.

The park offers grassy open spaces, walking paths, a signature Gazebo, and children's play area, barbecues and picnic tables. Rancho d'Oro features four home designs ranging from 1,665 to 2,862 square feet.

The homes include from three to four bedrooms plus loft, and up to three baths. Fox Hollow also features four home designs on 4,500-square-foot home sites.

Floor plans include the single-story Dakota with four bedrooms, two baths and 1,646 square feet.

Three two-story floor plans range from 2,316 to 2,695 square feet with up to four bedrooms plus a loft, three baths as well as a three-car garage.
