Lennar celebrates 55th anniversary

Celebrating its 55th anniversary, Lennar offers neighborhoods with homes designed for first-time, move-up and luxury homebuyers.

Throughout September, Lennar is offering homebuyers lower pricing, competitive financing and the opportunity to take advantage of a first-time homebuyer federal tax credit worth up to $8,000.

According to Parness, for a limited time, Universal American Mortgage Co., Lennar's preferred lender, will offer all qualified homebuyers seller-paid closing costs and lower interest rates.

Lennar's special limited-time offers can be combined with a first-time homebuyer federal tax credit for all homebuyers who haven't owned a home in the past three years, for up to an additional $8,000 in savings.

According to the Internal Revenue Service Web site, irs.gov, the home must be a primary residence and close before Dec. 1.

Lennar offers 15 neighborhoods throughout the greater Las Vegas Valley. According to Parness, many of Lennar's homes are set within highly desirable communities and feature the most up-to-date and modern amenities, including stainless steel appliances, granite slab countertops, walk-in closets, his and hers vanities and Roman-style spa tubs.
