Lennar holds grand opening

Lennar is holding a grand opening event today and Sunday for Remington Place in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley. The gated neighborhood contains two- and three-story homes. The builder will be providing refreshments for all visitors.

Home prices start in the $200,000s.

Located in the Providence master plan, the neighborhood also will have access to parks, schools, shopping and dining.

Remington Place is one of eight Lennar subdivisions featured in the northwest. The builder offers 34 communities throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

Design elements at Remington Place include floor plans offering three and four bedrooms with 21/2 to three baths and two-car garages. Homes range from 1,630 up to 2,060 square feet.
