Lennar Homes' Westminster neighborhood, located in the Providence, a master-planned community in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, offers single- and two-story homes .

The single-story Brentwood measures 3,123 square feet, and contains four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a split three-car garage. Features include master suite and retreat with dropped-beam detailing and French doors opening to a covered rear patio. The main living areas separate the master suite from the three secondary bedrooms, while a formal foyer opens into the dining room and kitchen with counter bar seating, double-door pantry and informal dining nook.
