Lennar neighborhoods offer floor plan choices

Lennar's gated Rancho d'Oro neighborhood in North Las Vegas provides a 3-acre residents' park, homes as large as 2,862 square feet and prices starting from the $200,000s.

The park, which Rancho d'Oro shares with Lennar's adjoining Fox Hollow, features grassy open spaces, walking paths, two gazebos, a children's playground , barbecues and picnic tables.

Standard Lennar luxuries include kitchens with stainless-steel appliances, including an over-the-range microwave, gas range and refrigerator with icemaker. The upgraded kitchens feature granite countertops and raised-panel oak cabinetry with upper crown molding.

Rancho d'Oro offers paverstone walkways and driveways. Home exteriors are detailed by two-tone paint schemes and stone trim accents on select elevations. Pool-size home sites average 4,500 square feet. The homes range from the single-level Joya with 1,665 square feet to the two-story Brillante with 2,862 square feet.

The Joya offers three bedrooms and two baths. The home features a courtyard with turret-designed entry that opens to a great room.

The Delicia model features a split-level floor plan with four bedrooms and two three-quarter baths. The Delicia offers a family room and two bedrooms with a three-quarter bath. The upper floor includes the master suite and bath, a secondary bedroom that easily converts to a den or study, and a great room. The Delicia plan measures 2,104 square feet.

The two-story Belleza features a traditional design with formal living room and informal living space that incorporates the family room, dining room with bay windows and the kitchen. The space includes a fireplace, patio off the dining room and kitchen island with bar-counter seating. Also located on the main floor is a guest powder room and the laundry room. The second story contains the master suite, loft and the home's additional three bedrooms and a bath.

The two-story Brillante residence at Rancho d'Oro includes four bedrooms, bonus room and three baths. The design offers both formal and informal living space on the main floor. A bedroom and full bath are also on the first floor. Other design highlights on the first floor include a breakfast nook with bay windows and sliding door to the patio, kitchen island with bar-counter seating and a family room with fireplace and media niche.

The Brillante's second story includes a bonus room, two additional bedrooms and the master suite. A double door entry opens to the master bedroom. The master bath offers separate cultured marble sinks, garden tub backed by bay windows, separate double-sized shower stall and two walk-in closets.

Directly across the residents' park from Rancho d'Oro is Lennar's Fox Hollow, featuring homes from 1,646 to 2,695 square feet. The neighborhood includes one single-story design and three two-story floor plans, all with four bedrooms, up to three baths and up to three-car garages.

Models include the 1,646-square-foot, single-level Dakota and a pair of two-story floor plans -- the Big Sky with 2,450 square feet, four bedrooms and three baths, and the 2,695-square-foot Colorado with four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage.

Both neighborhoods are Energy Star-certified and feature extensive prewiring for telephone, cable and ceiling fans; structured CAT-5E high tech wiring and an automatic garage door opener with two remotes. Some homes are available for immediate occupancy, the builder said.
