Lennar offers Diamond Point homes ready for occupancy within 30 days

Lennar's Diamond Point neighborhood in North Las Vegas provides a selection of homes available for move-in before the end of January, according to the builder.
Diamond Point's yards range from 6,000 to 10,000 square feet, and many residences feature space for side-yard parking for an RV or boat.
Homes measure from 1,913 to more than 3,100 square feet, priced from the upper $200,000s.
Amenities included in the standard price include a fireplace, coordinated appliances, cabinetry, hardware, countertops and lighting fixtures, the builder said.
Diamond Point's kitchens include stainless-steel appliances such as a gas range with self-cleaning oven, over-the-range microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser and built-in dishwasher. Also featured at no additional cost are granite countertops and raised-panel upper cabinets with crown molding, washer and dryer, and full window coverings.
The neighborhood offers single-level and two-story home designs with three to five bedrooms, two to three baths and a three-car garage -- with the exception of the Newport model, which has a two-car garage.
Diamond Point also features Energy Star-certified homes filled with energy-smart elements that are good for the environment while offering big savings for homeowners.
Model homes shown at the Welcome Home Center are the single-level Laguna with 2,201 square feet, the two-story Santa Clara with 2,714 square feet and the Beverly Hills with 3,128 square feet. The neighborhood's other floor plans are the single-story Newport with 1,913 square feet and the two-story San Francisco with 2,742 square feet.
Models are open from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Sunday, and from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday. On Tuesday and Wednesday, models are open by appointment only.
