Lennar offers EI gold at Silver Creek

Lennar's Silver Creek neighborhood, located in the northwestern Las Vegas Valley, features homes with amenities offered by the builder's specialty program.

"The interiors reflect our Lennar Everything's Included gold package, which includes luxury-level amenities and stainless steel appliances, maple cabinetry, granite countertops and upgraded flooring," said Vicki Zoot, director of marketing.

The gated enclave features five two-story residences, measuring 4,401 to 4,933 square feet.

The Palisades, Thousand Oaks, Coronado, Turtle Bay and Morro Bay are the available models and contain four or five bedrooms, 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 baths and three- or four-car garages.

The neighborhood contains 20 total models.

Morro Bay measures 4,484 square feet and contains five bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths.

The main floor presents a formal living room with 19-foot ceilings, and a formal dining room accented by an archway and columns. An owner's study is located off the formal foyer, while a curving staircase rises to the second floor.

The island kitchen bisects the living areas and contains a walk-in pantry and cabinets.

To visit Silver Creek, take U.S. Highway 95 to Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, go east. Turn north on Jones Boulevard, then left on Rome Boulevard, then left onto Torrey Pines Drive, and left to the Welcome Home Center.

The models are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily, except Monday when they close at 3 p.m.
