Lennar offers floor plan options at Cambria in North Las Vegas

Cambria is one of eight neighborhoods Lennar is selling in North Las Vegas. Six new homes, priced from the $200,000s, remain available, according to sales agent Bill Gilbert.

Available are two floor plan designs -- the two-story Barbera with 3,208 square feet and the two-story, 3,402-square-foot Brunello.

The Barbera includes five bedrooms, three baths and a bonus room. One bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bath are located on the main level. The second floor is home to the master suite with its owner retreat and balcony. Also on the upper floor is a bonus room that could be used as a second family room, media room, hobby room or children's play area.

The Brunello design features five bedrooms with a bedroom and bath on the first floor. The design offers a formal living and dining room, and a great room that includes the family room, informal dining nook and island kitchen with walk-in pantry. Doors open from the family room to a covered rear patio.
